Well, not much has been happening. This past saturday was a good day for meeeee. Prelude was siiiick. Seeing everyone again was fantastic! Including my cousins that I see once every blue moon. Oh how i miss them :(

Highlights:

Dont be fooled by the picture, I'm actually much taller than her.
Too bad I never really watched the show, I'd probably be more excited to meet her.

Anyways, I'm pretty much kicking myself for not buying a spice girls concert ticket when I had the chance. It seriously is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I'm so dumb.

For now, I'm just waiting for my bangs to grow out. My mom says it takes about a month to grow half an inch. :[ Maybe I'll eat a lot of protein to speed up this process

today my house got new carpet. i couldn't go out or really do anything. upstairs was totally off limits until from this morning at about 9 until 7.
i watched one whole season of ANTM on mtv. thank god it was on, i would've died of boredom today.

The thermometer ran out of batteries, and I tried looking for it right now, but I'm pretty sure i have a fever. I still went to school today. My head feels like its expanded by 3209483284 inches and weights a bajillion pounds.

I have a test on thursday and a midterm on friday that i was counting on this week to study for. THIS IS NOT GOOD.

I didn't realize how close November is. Some important things happen in November:
-My mom leaves for paris for 2 weeks.
-a friend of mine leaves for boot camp X(
-Last day to withdraw from a class in Nov. 9
-Thanksgiving
-Black Friday.

This thursday and last thursday I didn't have anything to do during my 12-3 study/hw time in the library. So, I've been writing a whole bunch of stuff. I was telling Camille and Niko how lame I thought it was about a month ago. And it got me thinking, so I tried it... guess it isn't so lame. *ahem*hypocrite!*ahem* haha

I like wearing my chem goggles around the house, it makes me feel safe.

I'm changing what I want for Christmas. I'm thinking about buying a guitar for myself after my birthday to save my parents the money.

Today was another chem lab experience. We had to fill up these rubber gloves with water and then put the water in a beaker. WELL! My partner accidentally banged the beaker against the counter top which caused it to shatter into a gazillion pieces. Oh joy! haha and then the glove FILLED WITH WATER exploded.
So when we tried again she didn't conceal the opening of the glove to the faucet... which caused a whole bunch of water to be shot in my direction. It was wet all over my crotch area. HA

Next month my mom's going to Paris with my aunt [her sister]! I wish I could go. I told her to bring me back a poster of the Eiffel Tower and a croissant! haha

Chemistry

Today was quite the experience. It was our first real lab w/ an experiment. I thought I was going to pair up w/ these other guys but they were on the other side of the lab table. Instead the lady [not girl, teenager, a lady] next to me asked first. I wasn't trippin' just trying to do the assignment. Haha i hope wont be paired up anytime soon. She didn't really believe anything I said and had to ask the professor questions for every problem. And I think she's an audio learner cause she like talks to herself through the problems, which is bad because I'm a visual learner. So when we had to do calculations I could do them easily, but she would ask, "ok how'd you get that?!" in her new york accent. I had to explain everything, but it didn't really matter because she didn't listen. haha Try TWO hours w/ that. My brain was fried by the time I walked out of that lab

I think today I talked more w/ more acquaintances than any day at chabot, which is a big thing for me. Normally, I'll just sit alone during class [loner status]. But today the two guys in both my chem and math class sat next to me and talked to me. It was pretty funny, one of the guys was like "how come every class day I see you, you have different pair of shoes?" haha And archie sate next to me during math too. Also, I sat at the lab table w/ the guys who are usually near me during lecture and we talked a little before class started. On my way walking back to Kisi's house [where I parked], this guy in my chem class, Thomas, caught me and we chatted on the way back because he parks there too [usually I'll walk alone]. So crazy, he knows all the guys from my youth group and niko [which is why he parks there. haha]! Progress for a socially awkward kid. Truthfully, my only friend there is Vanessa. Its hard for me to make new friends without a mutual friend, which is why I pretty much stick to myself at Chabot
